Job Description

We are currently looking for enthusiastic Process Workers to join our team based at our Blacktown manufacturing site. These are hands-on roles within our Sheet metal/Powder Coat area. These roles are permanent full-time, hours are Monday to Thursday from 6am to 2.30pm and Friday 6am to 12pm.

Reporting to the Supervisor, this busy hands-on role will require you to be across the following tasks:

  • Loading and unloading of products on powder coating line and powder coating oven
  • Pre-treatment of chemicals for products
  • Operating of machinery and ensuring machines are kept in good condition
  • Meet production deadlines and time-frames
  • Main a strong health and safety focus and wearing appropriate PPE

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

  • Basic knowledge of handling hand tools
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and dimensions.
  • Strong understanding of safe work practices is essential
  • Priority will be given to candidates with an Australian driver's license, reliable transport, and work eligibility
