Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized, and efficient Personal & Office Administrative Assistant to support a high-net-worth family in both personal matters and office-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, proactive, and capable of managing a diverse range of responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Manage personal calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and reminders
  • Coordinate with household staff (e.g., nanny, driver) and external service providers
  • Assist with planning and coordination of family events, reservations, and logistics
  • Liaise with schools and maintain child-related schedules
  • Maintain confidential personal files and ensure smooth day-to-day support to family members

Office Administrative Duties:

  • Provide general administrative support to the office (filing, correspondence, scheduling)
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and internal communications
  • Serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders when required
  • Ensure the office space is well-organized and running smoothly
  • Support in insurance renewal and claim

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' 360-degree support to high-net-worth individuals or C-suite executives
  • Bachelor's or higher in Business, Law, Finance, or Hospitality preferred
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advance in English and Mandarin
  • Valid driver's license (preferred)
  • Must possess valid Australian work rights
