We provide broad, generalist HR advice with a client focus – effectively acting as an extension of our client's internal HR team/business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Graduate to join our growing consulting firm on a permanent full-time basis. Supporting a team of highly skilled HR professionals, you will have exposure to a wide variety of organisations, industries and work, while developing foundational skills across all areas of people and culture.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assist with preparing letters, contracts, and on-boarding documentation
  • Assist HR consultants with day-to-day HR administration tasks
  • Help coordinate staff engagement surveys and collate results
  • Assist in updating HR policies, procedures and templates
  • Respond to basic queries about policies, leave etc
  • Support HR consultants in client meetings
  • Support the roll-out of HR projects such as system implementations
  • Continuously build HR knowledge around legislation, best practise and modern awards
  • Assist in preparing HR reports for clients
  • Observe performance or disciplinary meetings

ABOUT YOU

  • Tertiary qualifications within the field of Human Resources, Business, Psychology or Law.
  • Professionally presented with a friendly demeanour.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
