We are Currently recruiting a Duty Manager for our new Red Dot Home store.

Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • The successful day to day operations of a high-volume retail store.
  • Implementing and maintaining a high level of merchandising and store presentation standards.
  • Stock management and inventory control.
  • Daily coaching and development of your team, inspiring them to achieve goals.
  • The driving of in store efficiencies to deliver budgeted targets.
  • Ensure a safe environment for our customers and your team.
