Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Clinical Lead in Behavioural Services, located in the Greater Newcastle Area. The Clinical Lead will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, provide high-quality care, develop and implement treatment plans, and support the clinical team. Responsibilities also include conducting clinical research, training staff, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices and contemporary research in the field.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Expertise in Medicine and Training
  • Experience in Research and Clinical Research
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting
  • Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Experience working with NDIS and trauma-informed care is a plus
