**About the Role**:
Join the Northern Adelaide Medicare Mental Health Centre (NAMMHC) as a Clinical Lead, where you’ll play a key role in coordinating and delivering high-quality primary mental health care. Working alongside the Clinical Care Coordination Lead, you'll provide clinical oversight and support for short to medium-term care services, helping clients in psychological distress or crisis. This leadership role offers the chance to shape service delivery, supervise a dedicated team, maintain a clinical caseload, and promote mental health services in the community. Make a meaningful impact in a welcoming, low-stigma environment designed to provide accessible, timely, and effective mental health support.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment;
- Minimum of five (5) years clinical practice in mental health treatment and care, preferably providing therapeutic treatment and/or case management and support
- Experience in working and supporting Peer Practice workforce
- Proven experience at a senior clinical level within the area of mental health service delivery
- Experience in successfully leading/coordinating a team of staff and working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team with the ability to inspire and facilitate team commitment and cooperation
- Demonstrated experience in preparation of reports with recommendations.
- Experience working across a range of Commonwealth and State funded mental health programs and ensuring program implementation in line with funding requirements and contracts

**Qualification and Other Requirements**:

- Approved tertiary qualification in an allied health discipline, including social work, psychology or mental health nursing*
- Membership of an appropriate professional body. Social Workers are required to be eligible for full membership with AASW. Psychologists, Mental Health Nurses, and Occupational Therapists are required to have full registration with AHPRA.
- Relevant Leadership or Management Training is desired
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- *Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist_
- Approved Masters or equivalent in psychology, with experience of two (2) years or more in clinical mental health settings preferably community based.
- Registered as a psychologist with AHPRA.
- Clinical Psychologist_
- To be recognised as a clinical psychologist, personnel must meet requirements to have practice endorsement with the Psychology Board of Australia in specialist area of practice of clinical psychology.
- Mental Health Nurse_
- Mental Health Nurses must be accredited with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses.
- Experience of two (2) years or more in clinical mental health settings preferably community based.
- Social Worker_
- Accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Experience of two (2) years or more in clinical mental health settings preferably community based.
- Occupational Therapist_
- Registered as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
- Approved degree from a recognised School of Occupational Therapy.
- Experience of two (2) years or more in clinical mental health settings preferably community based.
