**This opportunity**:
Our **Western and Paradise and Eastern Community Services** sites are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse in a Clinical Lead role to join their team of committed and passionate professionals. **A little more about the role**:

- Become an integral part of our leadership team
- Work closely with the Manager, Community Services, the Assistant Manager, Community Services and your team to ensure quality nursing care to our valued clients
- Coordinate and monitor the planning, implementation and evaluation of service outcomes and nursing care standards
- Work closely with other members of the health team, to identify client care needs, plan interventions and review outcomes of care
- Assist with the supervision of nursing and other work experience students on placement within the region
- Maintain accurate and legally appropriate documentation of nursing services

**About you**:

- Working knowledge of the current legislation relevant to Aged Care including the accreditation standards
- Demonstrated professional clinical nursing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and you are able to demonstrate your experiences interacting with a wide range of people
- Ability to show your strong leadership skills, build professional relationships but also work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Registration with AHPRA is essential
- A current drivers’ licence
