Clinical Account Specialist IGTD Structural Heart

You are responsible for:
- Develops and implements strategic account plans for high-value transactional accounts, aligning with overall business goals and driving substantial sales growth and profitability.
- Builds and sustains strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provides all clinical applications support to all customers, including training and education and case support.
- Coordinates across cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex, customized offers, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and maximizing value propositions.
- Works under general supervision and established processes, utilizing independent judgment to navigate and adhere to operational policies, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
- Develops professional expertise and applies comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to effectively address challenges and opportunities, ensuring high-quality solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Conducts comprehensive market analysis, updates sales data in the Customer Relationship Management System in line with Company policies and KPI's, identifying emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to inform strategic planning and decision-making, thereby enhancing business strategy and performance.
- Ensures full compliance with Philips' business processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest levels of business integrity and conduct, which safeguards the company's reputation.
- Leads the execution of advanced commercial plans, including innovative distribution and promotional strategies, to optimize market penetration and sales performance, driving significant revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Delivers persuasive and informative presentations to senior customer audiences, effectively communicating complex solutions to support high-impact sales activities.
- Monitors and assesses the performance of sales initiatives, implementing data-driven improvements to enhance customer interactions, satisfaction, and overall sales outcomes.
- Responsible for Australia and New Zealand territories, up to 65% travel is required locally, nationally and internationally.
To succeed in this role, you will need a customer-first attitude and the following:
- Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent or minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment or equivalent.
- Cardiac Sonographer experience is mandatory.
- Proven Track Record of Sales Delivery against Targets in Medical Devices Market.
- Knowledge of invasive Ultrasound imaging of the heart, such as TEE or ICE.
- Experience in supporting structural heart interventions, such as Tricuspid Vale, Mitral Valve, and LAAO cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
