Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Conveyancer, located in Albert Park, VIC. The Senior Conveyancer will be responsible for managing all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions, conducting comprehensive research and due diligence on property transactions, liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to coordinate the conveyancing process, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining accurate records and files throughout the conveyancing lifecycle & comprehensive pre-purchase property reviews.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years Experience in Conveyancing
  • Strong knowledge of property law, regulations, and the conveyancing process
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
