To optimise and manage air product integrations and distribution capabilities, ensuring efficient functionality, strategic airline partnerships, and cross-functional adoption to support seamless delivery of air-related services and projects

A day in the life:

  • Develop and execute air products based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis
  • Build and manage airline partnerships to secure tactical deals, exclusive offers, and long-term commercial value
  • Contribute to air distribution initiatives including GDS, NDC, and API integrations, ensuring system performance and connectivity
  • Add value to air-related projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines, and stakeholder expectations are met
  • Ensure accurate and reliable air content across all platforms, maintaining data integrity and user experience standards
  • Monitor and analyse product performance using KPIs and usage data to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulations to shape product development and maintain compliance

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in the leisure travel industry
  • Extensive experience and practical expertise in using Amadeus systems
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, time management, and ability to meet productivity and revenue targets
  • Highly motivated, organised self-starter with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines independently
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and respond to customer and team needs effectively
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Confident in making decisions within delegated authority and following instructions to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Open to being based in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney or on the Gold Coast
