About Us
At Gemelli, we live and breathe Italian hospitality. For over seven years we've been serving authentic, handmade Italian food and drinks to the Gold Coast, with a reputation built on passion, quality, and warm service. Our Broadbeach venue is one of the busiest and most vibrant in the group, and we're now looking for a talented Bartender to join the team.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic bar environment. You'll be part of a passionate team, working closely with our Bar Manager to deliver a high standard of drinks and service to our guests.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating cocktails, wines, and beverages with speed, flair, and consistency
- Working as part of a close-knit bar team to ensure smooth operations
- Following bar opening and closing procedures
- Engaging with guests in a professional and genuine manner
What We're Looking For
- Proven bartending experience in a busy venue
- Full working rights in Australia (must currently live in Australia)
- A calm, professional approach with strong communication skills
- Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A team player with a customer-first mindset
- Barista experience (highly regarded, but not essential)
