About the Role:

As a Case Manager, you'll walk alongside clients as they recover from injury — providing support, guidance, and compassion every step of the way. You'll help create
personalised injury management plans
, ensuring people feel heard, respected, and empowered.

This role is ideal for someone who is a great communicator, can maintain confidentiality, and genuinely wants to build positive experiences for customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Support clients with care and cultural understanding through their recovery
  • Create tailored strategies for injury management
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with customers and stakeholder

No Experience in Case Management? No worries.

Extensive training is provided.
If you have strong communication skills, empathy, and a drive to help your community, we'll support your journey into this role.
