With extensive experience working for clients in remote areas and a deep body of knowledge gained from its diverse multidisciplinary team, IMC understands the specific challenges that constructing and delivering for its Western Australian clients presents.

About our role:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our Operations Project Team. You'll play a key role in managing project documentation, coordinating site logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Maintain and organise project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist with subcontractor management, invoicing, and purchase orders.
  • Update timesheets, machine hours, service sheets, and hazard reports.
  • Support onboarding, rosters, travel bookings, and training record audits.
  • Contribute to project meetings and maintain trackers.
  • Ensure compliance with OHS legislation and internal systems.

What You'll Bring: 

  • Experience in a similar role within contracting or supplier environments
  • Certificate IV in a VET Vocational qualification (highly regarded)
  • Strong organisational, documentation, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and project databases
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Valid C Class Driver's Licence
  • Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug screen.
  • Current police clearance.
