About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Automotive Fleet Administrator to join our dynamic team at Zeekr Castle Hill and Zeekr Parramatta. Located in our new showroom at Castle Towers, you will be responsible for all correspondence with our fleet partners and manage all fleet orders, paperwork and requests.

What you'll be doing

  • Replying to quote request, creating and submitting quotes as required
  • Generating paperwork and ensuring compliance with quote requests and timeframes
  • Liaising with dealership staff regarding fleet orders, quotes and fleet paperwork
  • Maintaining detailed records, paperwork and generating reports on fleet operations.
  • Assisting with the procurement of new vehicle tenders and securing new vehicle business
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Fleet Administrator or a similar role in a fast-paced environment will be regarded, but not required. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
