Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Gold Coast, QLD. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating sales deals, providing market advice, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves prospecting new clients, managing listings, and staying updated with market trends.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Real Estate License or registration
  • Customer Service and client relationship management skills
  • Experience in Real Estate and Sales
  • Knowledge of Real Property procedures and regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
