ESG has been involved in filling projects for over 20 years and from humble beginnings filling eroded farm paddocks and landscaping Golf Courses we are now involved in major backfilling projects for quarries, large-scale residential developments, and major capping projects for redundant landfills.
This role will see you liaising directly with both our internal and external stakeholders on all levels on a daily basis whilst maintaining the environmental integrity of your clean-fill site.
To be successful, you will join us with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to professionally conduct yourself as a face of ESG.
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will be tasked with:
- Ensuring plant and equipment are operated in a healthy and safe manner
- Completion of pre-start procedures;
- Maintain and enter data into our internal portal for the purposes of recording incoming material;
- Identify and report material that is inappropriate for Clean Fill Sites;
- Promptly attending to inquiries from stakeholders and operators in a timely fashion; and
- Representing the ESG brand with integrity and pride.

- Valid Drivers License
- Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card)
