Our client is looking for an experienced panel beater to step into a role in their Kempsey location. this role will be working as a small team often working on damages being claimed under insurance so previous experience working with assessors will be highly considered. This role is largely autonomous due to the nature of the workplace

Your Profile

  • Qualified Panel Beater with the ability to share technical knowledge with other tradesmen and/or apprentices
  • Computer literacy
  • Can work autonomously or in a small team
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Full Australian work rights, sponsorship however is not being offered at this time

Key Responsibilities

  • Remove and replace vehicle components as needed to carry out repairs.
  • Carry out safe, high-quality repairs to get vehicles back to pre-accident condition as quickly as possible, following approved repair methods.
  • Keep job records up to date by entering progress and completion details into the system.
  • Let Estimators know if extra labour or parts are needed that weren't included in the original quote.
  • Handle materials safely and ensure correct disposal in line with WHS and EPA requirements.
