The Opportunity

We're looking for a Seafood Store Manager who doesn't just manage a store – they orchestrate experiences.

Be the Visionary

What Makes You Perfect for This?You're someone who:

  • Has crushed it in premium or specialty food retail management before
  • Knows how to make a store look like a million bucks (visual merchandising wizard status)
  • Can juggle budgets, KPIs, and operations without breaking a sweat
  • Gets genuinely excited about exceptional customer service
  • Nerds out over specialty foods (especially seafood – bonus points if you can tell your kingfish from your king prawns)
  • Communicates brilliantly, solves problems creatively, and stays organized under pressure
  • Loves developing people and watching them grow

The Non-Negotiables

  • Proven retail management experience (food retail or hospitality background preferred)
  • Rock-solid understanding of food handling and safety standards
