What's the job?
We're seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll help shape the strategic direction and lead the delivery of innovative marketing campaigns that drive student enrolments, build our brand, and connect our learners to opportunities.
Working closely with Senior Marketing Managers, agencies, internal stakeholders, and students, you'll manage the full marketing mix – from campaign planning and execution to events, digital marketing, content creation and PR for the Business faculty. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail, creativity, and impact
This is a permanent full-time role, with a preferred location in Brisbane. The successful candidate must hold full working rights in Australia.

Accountabilities
In this role, you will:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, advertising, social, PR, events, and direct marketing channels.
Drive marketing plans and content strategy for specific portfolios, based on consumer insights and competitive analysis.
Own and optimise website, EDM, SMS, and course guide content to ensure accuracy and engagement.
Use data to shape decision-making, reporting on campaign performance and optimising for results.
Manage budgets, timelines and approvals to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Lead a small team, fostering collaboration, professional development and a positive, high-performing culture.
Support new product development and go to market activities.
We are looking for
Proven experience delivering end-to-end education marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix.
Strong skills in campaign planning, segmentation, social media, events and content creation.
Ability to analyse data and use insights to inform strategy.
Experience with marketing automation, CMS and CRM platforms.
Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field.
Resilience, creativity and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
People management experience, with the ability to inspire and develop collaborate across a matrixed a team structure.
