OnTalent is proud to be partnering with TransitCare, a highly regarded not-for-profit organisation, to recruit a dynamic and values-driven Branch Manager for their Gold Coast operations.

For more than 30 years, TransitCare has been providing essential community transport services to those experiencing barriers to safe and reliable mobility. With nearly 400,000 journeys completed annually, they connect people to healthcare, shopping, social activities, education, and employment – reducing isolation and building stronger, more inclusive communities.

The Opportunity

As the Branch Manager, you will lead the Gold Coast team and drive growth, efficiency, and impact. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated workforce of staff and volunteers.
  • Expand community reach through partnerships, fundraising, and service growth.
  • Ensure quality and compliance across service delivery, aligned with NDIS and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Manage budgets and operations to support sustainability and future growth.
  • Represent TransitCare at regional forums, building visibility and influence.

You will be responsible for a growing branch with up to 15 staff, 10 vehicles, and an annual turnover of up to $1M – making a tangible impact on local communities every day.

About You

We are seeking a proven leader who is passionate about inclusion and community impact. You will bring:

  • Leadership experience in aged care, disability, community services, or transport.
  • Strong financial and operational management skills.
  • Proven ability to engage, mentor, and motivate teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A client-focused approach, with commitment to continuous improvement.
  • A current driver's licence (MR or higher desirable).
