About the Role:
We are seeking a Gluer Operator to join our production team, specializing in applying adhesive and attaching soles to footwear. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in hands-on manufacturing and footwear production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply adhesive to soles and uppers according to production standards.
- Operate gluing equipment and ensure proper adhesion for durability.
- Align and attach soles accurately to maintain product quality.
- Inspect finished products for any defects or misalignment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow safety procedures when handling adhesives and equipment.
Requirements:
- No prior experience needed; training provided.
- Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
