About the role
We are seeking a casual Kitchen Hand to join our team at Chinchilla Tourist Park in Chinchilla, QLD 4413. As a Kitchen Hand, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen operations and providing excellent service to our guests.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation, including chopping, cleaning and organising ingredients
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Ensuring all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and well-maintained
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests
- Supporting the wider team as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or similar role in the Hospitality & Tourism industry
- A strong focus on food safety and hygiene
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
