About us:

Bugs-Be-Gone Pest Control is a well-established business, operating in the Sydney region for the last 20 years and we are continuing to grow. We are a team of qualified and diligent Pest Control Technicians, who work on both commercial and residential sites, dedicated to delivering a high level of service to our customers each and every time.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Pest Control Technician to join our team.

About the role:

This role will be responsible for:

  • Inspecting commercial and residential buildings for signs of pest infestation
  • Determining the most appropriate type of treatment needed to eliminate pests
  • Estimating the cost of services rendered to customers
  • Applying pesticide safely in buildings or structures and the surrounding environment
  • Using different pest control methods to remove or kill pests
  • Maintaining hygiene, pest control and odour control products

About you:

The following skills and attributes would be ideal in this role:

  • A current valid full NSW driver's license with a good driving record
  • Previous experience and a license in Pest Control would be ideal, however not essential as full training will be provided and traineeships on offer for the right candidate
  • Some experience working independently, managing own time effectively to meet timelines and targets
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Good communication skills
  • A quick learner, able to pick up tasks, and take on feedback
  • Experience with termites will be advantageous, however not essential
