We are a large Indian/Asian retail business. Front facing customer service is a key aspect of our business and we are seeking self-driven Customer Service and Counter Assistants who can oversee a broad range of our day to day customer and counter related activities at our store. Retail experience is preferred but not necessary. If you are willing to learn and adapt this will be the perfect position.

Position purpose:

Undertake sales and customer service duties to assist in the operation of the Company's retail function. To also assist in back end processes in the storeroom and loading dock.

Must have requirements for this role:

  • Strong customer service skills, working with speed and efficiency
  • Always pleasant and confident when speaking with customers
  • High energy level, proactive approach and always ready to assist
  • Have handled cash previously
  • Ability to troubleshoot
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Friendly and approachable personality

Other Duties:

· Fulfill any other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required

· Excellent written and verbal communication

*Job require lifting of above 10kgs and standing.

*Salary shown on this advert are in line with Fair Work Australia Schedule. Wages for persons under 20 will vary accordingly
