About the role

Bigman Hospitality Group, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified GAS Technician/Plumber to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. As a full-time Qualified GAS Technician/Plumber, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality plumbing services to our residential and commercial customers across the city.

What you'll be doing

· Diagnose, repair, and maintain gas appliances, pipes, and fittings to ensure their safe and efficient operation

· Install new gas appliances, pipes, and fittings according to industry standards and regulations

· Respond to emergency callouts and provide prompt, professional service to customers

· Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice and solutions

· Maintain detailed records of all work performed and materials used

· Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

· Formal qualifications as a Plumber, with a current Licence to work on gas appliances and fittings

· Minimum 3 years' experience as a Qualified GAS Plumber, preferably in a commercial or residential setting

· Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and remedy plumbing issues

· Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

· A commitment to safety and a strong understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards

· A reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
