Job Description

We're looking for experienced, qualified/licensed plumbers, and 2nd to 4th year plumber apprentices to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role leading a small crew, installing hot water systems under the government rebate program — residential jobs only.

What You'll Do
  • Replace existing gas, electric, and solar hot water with Electric Heat Pump Hot Water
  • Pick up the stock from our Springvale office every morning or after the jobs and drop off the decommissioned old gas hot water once a week.
  • Maintain van stock with the help of an apprentice
  • Sign off on completed jobs (the majority of which are done by you)
  • Lead a small installation team and make sure the monthly installation target is achieved
  • Attend service calls
  • Complete all OHS documentation
  • Liaise with customers professionally on-site
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience installing residential hot water systems for qualified or licensed plumbers. 2nd to 4th year plumber apprentice also welcome to apply for this role.
  • Valid current gas and water ticket
  • Your own tools
  • Manual driver's license preferred
  • Current police check, Working with Children Check, White Card, and EWP Licence
  • Punctuality, honesty, reliability, and self-motivation
