Your Role
This role is responsible for ensuring finance related activities are performed and delivered in a timely and accurate manner. Utilising outputs from the team to deliver financial information and incorporating business knowledge to provide performance insights, analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders to support decision making and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver actionable financial insights through timely and accurate management reporting, including segment, SKU, category, and royalty performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls by supporting audits, reconciling inventory, and aligning with DuluxGroup accounting standards.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, building detailed financial models and managing system uploads across TM1, BW, and SAP.
- Drive business process improvements, enhancing rebate and commission workflows, S&OP tracking, and Power BI dashboards for data-driven decisions.
- Support financial integrity by liaising with Shared Services, reviewing month-end results, and ensuring capital reporting compliance.
- Measure success through reporting accuracy, audit compliance, forecasting precision, and adherence to inventory and procurement policies.

Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance (Accounting or similar discipline) is essential; CPA or CA certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Management or Financial Accounting, ideally within a commercial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with proficiency in TM1, BW, and SAP systems.
- Proven ability to interpret complex sales and cost metrics, delivering insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
