Daracon Group is a leader in civil construction and infrastructure, now driving a digital transformation in data and analytics. We're seeking a motivated data analytics professional to help shape our analytics journey and deliver impactful insights across the business. This role is open to full-time, part-time or even undergraduate students.

As part of our data analytics function, you'll collaborate with divisional leads and the Planning and Analytics Manager to:

  • Engage with business users to understand requirements and pain points
  • Connect, extract, transform, and load data in Microsoft Fabric using data transformation tools such as Python notebooks and Power Query.
  • Develop business intelligence reports and visuals in Power BI to answer key business questions
  • Work on diverse projects, including project controls, plant, fleet, materials, health, safety & environment, IT, and people & culture datasets

Who We're Looking For

  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI (beginner to advanced levels welcome)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Currently studying or graduated with a Bachelor of Business Analytics or similar degree
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
  • Committed to developing a long-term career at Daracon in data and analytics
