About the Role
We are seeking a Training Compliance and Administration Coordinator for a casual contract role to support the delivery of our accredited and non-accredited programs.
In this role, you will ensure our training operations meet compliance requirements while providing essential administrative support to trainers, assessors, and internal teams. You will work closely with the Compliance, Academic, Product, and Campus Operations teams to maintain accurate records, meet regulatory obligations, and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination of training activities.
This position offers flexibility and is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for supporting high-quality learner outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate trainer documentation, professional development records, and compliance with RTO standards.
- Assist with onboarding administration for facilitators, trainers, and assessors.
- Coordinate academic scheduling, trainer allocations, and related administrative tasks.
- Support compliance reporting requirements and regulatory documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate student data entry and record-keeping.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure operational readiness for program delivery.
- Assist in collating and analysing student feedback for quality improvement initiatives.
About You
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent, or experience in a VET compliance/administration role.
- Strong understanding of RTO standards, AQF, and vocational education compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in data entry and managing training records in learning management systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to supporting high-quality learner experiences.
