In this role, you will

  • Lead complex incident investigations and provide expert advice to stakeholders.
  • Partner with leaders to embed WHS strategies and mentor them in risk management.
  • Develop, review, and improve WHS systems, audits, and policies.
  • Monitor data, identify trends, and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Champion and promote safety culture through initiatives and communications.

You are a trusted WHS professional who brings deep expertise and a proven ability to influence culture across complex organisations. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on knowledge, giving you the ability to solve complex safety challenges while guiding leaders across diverse business areas.

You are confident in engaging stakeholders, from the frontline to executive teams, and you know how to communicate in a way that inspires action. With your knowledge of WHS legislation and your commitment to creating safe and inclusive workplaces, you'll mentor, coach, and empower leaders to embed best practice every day.
