What You'll Be Doing

- Partner with departments across the health service to identify and proactively manage OHS risks
- Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders at all levels on safety matters
- Support team members with practical, real-world safety solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our safety culture
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and organizational policies
- Develop and deliver engaging safety training and awareness programs
- Conduct risk assessments and workplace inspections
- Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to embed safety into daily operations
