**_ About the role:_**
- Reporting to the _SALHN WHS & IM Services Manager this role you will play a crucial role in provision of administrative support to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and promoting a proactive safety culture throughout our organisation. _
- Key Responsibilities will include:_
- _Provide comprehensive administrative support to the WHSIM team._
- _Perform general office duties, including scanning, photocopying, filing, and managing correspondence and stationery supplies._
- _Maintain accurate records, databases, and asset inventories._
- _Provide secretarial support to the Work, Health & Safety Committees and to contribute to planning, policy, and procedure development & review under the direction of the WHSIM Manager._
- _Assist with financial tasks, such as processing accounts/invoices, ordering supplies, and managing cab charge e-tickets._
- _Support training and event records, manage schedules and calendars, and coordinate resources for stakeholders._
- _Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and provide backup support for other administrative roles as needed._

- _Good interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and others._
- _Proven ability to cope with high volume of work and to prioritise workloads so as to achieve specified deadlines._
- _Commitment to consultation and the ability to work co-operatively as an effective member of a team._
