About the opportunity

As the Contract & Asset Manager, you'll use your areas of expertise to ensure that assets are maintained efficiently, comply with relevant standards, and are optimized for safety, functionality, and longevity.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
• A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
• The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Experience working in an ERP System or CMMS System
• Would be an advantage to have TechOne (T1) experience.
• Tertiary qualifications in management and or other relevant disciplines.
• Working knowledge and experience in Residential Aged Care and or Retirement Villages.
  

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• A current Police Record Check and/or NDIS check
• Current Driver's License.
• Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
