Richmond, Victoria, Australia Randstad Australia Full time $120,000 - $180,000 per year

About The Role
We are a purpose-driven technology company dedicated to helping people live more fulfilling working lives. We are currently looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our Technology Portfolio and support the uplift of our cyber security maturity.

This is a 6-month contract with the potential for extension. The role is based in our Melbourne office with a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of two days in the office (Tuesday and Thursday).

You will work with a multidisciplinary team and a range of key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of six key security initiatives. While direct cyber security experience is highly desirable, a key challenge and opportunity of this role is working in a technical environment and being comfortable diving into complex details.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments, identifying and mitigating risks across people, processes, technology, and operations.
  • Design, develop, and implement change deliverables that enable impacted teams to successfully transition to a new way of working.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communications, ensuring buy-in and removing barriers to adoption.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Change Management and Communications plans.
  • Create a variety of content for internal communication channels and provide expert advice on change management tactics.
  • Manage a feedback mechanism to ensure change is sustainable and effectively embedded across the organisation.

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of change delivery experience on large, complex technology programs.
  • Proven ability to relate well to others and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, from specialists to senior leaders.
  • A flexible, adaptable, and resilient approach, with a strong ability to work in ambiguous and matrix-style organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience executing change in people-focused, values-based environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to think critically and analytically.

Desirables

  • Experience in Cyber Security or Business Transformation projects.
  • Comfortable with technical information and detail.
  • Professional Degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, HR, or a related field.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive company with strong executive support for its cyber program and a forward-thinking approach to AI and security.

If you are a seasoned Change Manager with the skills to drive meaningful change, we encourage you to apply.
