Role Snap Shot

We require an Engineering Surveyor to join our Brisbane team to assist us in the delivery of a diverse range of construction and engineering projects.

You will work on our Brisbane and QLD based projects, which will allow you to gain additional skills, particularly in establishment of new survey control, feature and level surveys, set-out surveys, pegging and re-pegging of lots, roads and reserves, as-constructed surveys (sewer, water, D-spec, R-spec etc), and surveys of earthworks for volume calculations plus more.

This is a site based role requiring the successful applicant to be site based 4-5 days per week and the remaining day can be done from home.

How You Will Contribute

§  Undertake fundamental surveying field tasks to ensure the successful delivery of urban development projects (and other areas of the business as required), including but not limited to: -

§   Re-establishment surveys

§   Feature & level surveys

§   Set-out surveys (including pegging)

§   As-constructed surveys

§   Lease Area surveys

§   Building Strata surveys

§  To develop expertise in surveying fundamentals;

§  Undertake vehicle and equipment audits, including instrument calibrations;

§  To provide high-quality survey output in an accurate, timely and safe manner to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients;

§  Undertake drafting tasks as required.

**Our Ideal Person

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:**

§  Degree qualification or relevant surveying qualification;

§  Sound understanding of engineering surveying principles;

§  Knowledge of various survey technologies including robotic total stations, GPS, terrestrial laser scanning and mobile laser scanning;

§  Intermediate to advanced LisCAD and ACAD skills;

§  Construction Induction Card;

§  Valid drivers license.
