- 112k including super remuneration package + Project Profits + Employee Shares
- Access to 40% of the project profits allowing unlimited upside for motivated leaders. Oculus adopt a Salary Baseline approach, using the salary as a base instead of a income ceiling. Oculus want employees to be rewarded for the effort put into making projects profitable.
