Senior Manager - Cyber, Risk, Governance, IT Audit & Information Security
Join a consultancy delivering some of Western Australia's most complex and visible projects. In this Senior Manager role, you'll work directly with tier one clients across industries, helping them strengthen their cyber resilience, meet regulatory obligations, and embed better governance practices.

Projects you'll be involved in
Your Portfolio Could Span

• Cyber Security strategy and uplift programs
• Risk and governance frameworks in highly regulated environments
• IT audit and assurance programs against leading global standards
• Privacy and information security assessments across software, data and infrastructure

What you'll be doing

• Partnering with senior stakeholders in banking, mining, utilities, and government to shape and deliver cyber and risk solutions that withstand scrutiny
• Leading assessments and providing clear, evidence-based recommendations on cybersecurity, privacy, and risk exposure
• Overseeing end-to-end delivery of client engagements, including scoping, budgets, risk management, and reporting
• Negotiating contracts and commercial terms, ensuring outcomes benefit both client and consultancy.
• Growing accounts by identifying genuine opportunities to enhance client security posture
• Guiding and mentoring delivery teams to ensure work meets the highest technical and professional standards. Applying industry knowledge — from NIST, ISO, and ASD frameworks to GDPR and the Australian Privacy Principles — to ground your advice in best practices.
• Presenting findings, reports, and board-level updates with clarity and confidence.

What you'll bring

• Your significant experience gained in a consultancy or professional services environment
• Your deep expertise in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Risk, Governance and/or Privacy, with practical examples of impact
• Your track record of conducting assessments and audits across frameworks such as NIST, ASD, CIS, ISO, GDPR, and APPs
• Your experience in presenting complex findings to boards and senior executives in a way that builds trust and drives action
• Your proven ability to manage projects within time, budget, and quality targets — with examples of complex, multi-party engagements successfully
• Your experience in building client portfolios, growing accounts, and maintaining long-term relationships
• Your leadership capabilities, including mentoring consultants and supporting their professional development.
