Velocity Truck Centres is looking for an experienced and driven Parts Manager to lead our well-established Parts Department at Daimler Trucks Laverton. You'll be stepping into a key leadership role where you can drive team performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and make your mark across our busy operation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and manage daily operations across parts sales, inventory control and warehousing
  • Coach, mentor and develop a team of Parts Interpreters and warehouse personnel
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with Service and Sales teams to drive customer outcomes
  • Drive profitability, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain compliance and uphold a strong safety-first approach
