Postion description

The lawyer will be a dedicated to the Corporate practice group and supported by the broader firm wide knowledge team. The position is part-time, where you can set your own days and hours This is a rare opportunity in today's market.

No day will be the same. Some of the key responsibilities will be:

  • Communicate with and manage stakeholders
  • Provide 'legal help desk' support to members of the team
  • Drafting written content, learning guides and precedents
  • Participate, foster and lead learning initiatives
  • Assist in graduate and new starter induction
  • Manage legal content in a structured and well organised manner

About you

  • 5 + years post admission experience in a law firm or in-house legal team
  • Experience in corporate advisory legal practice
  • Excellent drafting, written and communication skills
  • Interest in innovation and technology
  • Confident working autonomously and managing others
  • Ability to develop trusted and collaborative relationships throughout the firm
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Highly organised, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in knowledge management, practice support or precedents highly desirable, but not necessary
