Commercial Cleaner Wanted

We're looking for a reliable commercial cleaner to join our team at a newly renovated commercial venue. Here's what the job entails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Cleaning Tasks: Dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and sanitizing high-touch areas to maintain a clean and safe environment for employees and clients.
  • Specialized Tasks: Periodic deep cleaning, window washing, and floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Restroom and Maintenance: Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, and break rooms, ensuring they are well-stocked and hygienic.

Requirements:

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
  • Time Management: Completing tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
  • Good Communication Skills: Interacting with team members and clients.

Shift Details: This position requires a commitment to both morning and afternoon shifts, which are an integral part of the role. You will be expected to work:

  • Early Morning Shift: 6am - 9am, 7 days a week
  • Afternoon Shift: 3:30pm - 5:30pm, Thursday to Sunday

Important Note: Both shifts are a package deal and cannot be separated. You must be willing and able to commit to both shifts as outlined above. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in commercial cleaning, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Type: Subcontract

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bentleigh VIC 3204: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • National Police Certificate (Preferred)
  • Driver Licence (Required)
