Job Title:   Human Resources Leadership Development Program Associate

Job Location: Various Locations

L3Harris' Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) is designed to accelerate the development of aspiring future HR leaders, growing L3Harris' pipeline of agile and mobile HR leaders.

The three-year program consists of three, 12-month high-impact rotations that cut across businesses and U.S. locations. Participants will gain exposure to HR executives, interact with business leaders, and receive comprehensive developmental support, training, and mentorship.

Over the course of the program, the HRLDP associate will:

  • Have at least one 12-month rotation in an HR Business Partner role, where you'll partner with client groups to build and execute upon talent strategies in alignment with business priorities.
  • Work in three different U.S. locations. Rotations may include but are not limited to Melbourne, FL; Rochester, NY; Greenville, TX; Salt Lake City, UT; Camden, AR. Information regarding your first rotation will be shared in early 2026.
  • Participate and/or lead enterprise or segment-wide projects and initiatives.
  • Take on meaningful work and drive continuous improvements in the employee experience.
  • Gain exposure to, network with, and present before executive and senior leadership.
  • Receive training, mentorship, and in-role experiences aligned with accelerated leadership development.

Qualifications:

  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master's Degree in  MBA with focus in HR management or related field, with anticipated graduation in Spring/Summer 2026 or have completed their Master's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
  • At least one internship/three months of HR work experience.
  • Geographically mobile to work anywhere in the U.S. for the entirety of the program and the role immediately following program completion, moving up to four times in three years. (Relocation assistance provided for each required move.)  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
  • U.S. citizen.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$61,500.00 MIN - $114,500.00 MAX]. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is [$54,000.00 MIN - $100,000.00 MAX]. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
