Are you a skilled logistics professional with a passion for international trade? Growing global Freight forwarder is seeking a talented Import/Export Operator to join our expanding team in Brisbane.

What You'll Do:

  • Seamless Logistics: Manage the entire import/export process, from origin to destination.
  • Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients and overseas partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.
  • Efficient Operations: Optimize supply chain processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance efficiency.
  • Customer Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in import/export operations and customs clearance. At least 18 months experience.
  • Good knowledge of Incoterms, customs tariffs, and international trade regulations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in logistics software (Cargowise preferred)
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach
