What you'll be doing

Assist experienced bricklayers in the construction and repair of brick and masonry structures Learn techniques for mixing mortar, laying bricks, and finishing masonry work Read and interpret building plans and specifications Maintain a safe and organised work environment Participate in on-the-job training and complete formal vocational education

What we're looking for

A keen interest in the building trades and a desire to learn the craft of bricklaying Strong communication and problem-solving skills A commitment to workplace health and safety Willingness to undertake formal training and education to become a qualified bricklayer
