Job description:

We're strictly seeking a native English speaker with a bubbly personality, strong initiative, and experience in community engagement, personal care, household support, and activity facilitation. You must be charismatic, proactive, reliable, punctual, and confident in leading group sessions, bringing positive energy to every interaction. . Compassionate, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team.

About the Role:

  • Provide meaningful, person-centred support in the community
  • Lead and manage small group sessions and social activities
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as meal prep, light cleaning, organising, errands, and maintaining a safe and tidy environment
  • Support with appointments, transport, and outings
  • Build genuine, respectful relationships with participants
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team

Requirements:

  • Native English speaker (essential)
  • Charismatic, bubbly, proactive, reliable, and punctual
  • Confident leading group-based activities or sessions
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Full Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (preferred)
  • Legal right to work in Australia

Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid, Certificate III in Individual Support).
  • Legal right to work in Australia.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car.

· Experience in a similar role preferred.

· Native English speaker.

· Police National Check and NDIS Worker Screening compliance preferred
