SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (O2C) Consultant

Location: Sydney  – Flexible (Hybrid available)

About the Role

Our client is hiring an SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (O2C) Consultant to support the end-to-end delivery of the O2C process within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

This role involves working closely with business and technology stakeholders to design, configure, and optimise solutions across sales, billing, distribution, and receivables. You will play a key role in supporting business transformation initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency through SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and configure the Order to Cash (O2C) process within SAP S/4HANA, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, and Procurement.
  • Deliver functional specifications, support testing cycles, and drive solution deployment.
  • Work closely with integration teams for seamless process flows with related modules (e.g. FI, MM, TM).
  • Ensure solutions are compliant with Australian tax and regulatory requirements (e.g. GST, invoicing standards).
  • Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement of SAP O2C functionality.

About You

  • Strong experience delivering SAP O2C processes, ideally within SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Deep knowledge of SD (Sales & Distribution) module functionality and configuration.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end O2C processes including order management, pricing, invoicing, and receivables.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to document, test, and deploy high-quality solutions within project timelines.
