We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team ,

About the Role :

  • Fielding inbound calls and making outbound calls relating to customer orders and addressing any issues or concerns as the arise
  • Seek out new opportunities with both new and current customers using persuasive sales skills
  • Consistently encouraging the up sell and uptake of our products
  • Responding to ad hoc internal and external general enquiries as they arise
  • Educating customer about our products

About you :

You are flexible and resilient , eager to learn new skills and regularly shift between data entry, phone and administration activities

You are a friendly, empathetic and self-aware team player who commits to being in the right place at the right time to support your team and ensure timely service for our customers.

You are adherent to the process, but also raise opportunities for resource, system and process improvement.

You take ownership of your development, are open to feedback and seek out opportunities to continuously improve.

Experience & Key responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a cross functional (inbound & outbound ) Customer Service role
  • Exceptional customer service skills, active listening skills and a high level of emotional intelligence
  • The ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced, speedy environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • An ability to troubleshoot and consistently come up with solutions for problem as they arise
  • Ability to think outside the box and on your feet
  • Persuasive skills to get a sale over the line and an ease in building relationship both internally and externally
  • Must have full working rights in Australia ( Citizen or Permanent Resident )
