Bacchus supplies and services B2B wholesale trade channels including hotel groups, bars, restaurants, and retail stores across New South Wales, ACT, Victoria & Queensland. **About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Administration Assistant to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team leader, we are seeking someone with an interest in harnessing their customer service in administration.

School leavers and those returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.

**Key facets of this role include**:

- Process customer orders, returns and exchanges
- Ensure efficient flow of communication within the internal colleagues and external customers
- Liaise with distribution warehouses, ensuring timely and precise communication
- Providing administrative assistance and ongoing support for the delivery and smooth running of the service departments.

**About You**:
You are an enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude interested in building on their career in an exciting sector.

You must have the ability to work as a member of the team but also autonomously when given individual tasks.

We will provide all the training you need, however, what will set you apart:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and orally
- Confident computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Enjoy being the “go-to” and self-motivated team member with a flexible can-do attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.56 - $36.10 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
