Description

We are looking for a passionate Dietitian to join our supportive allied health team and help clients achieve their health and wellbeing goals through evidence-based nutrition care.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalised care plans.
  • Provide practical, evidence-based dietary advice and counselling.
  • Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Educate clients, families, and staff on healthy eating and lifestyle practices.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to team meetings.

Qualifications
  • Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with Dietitians Australia (or eligibility to apply).
  • Tertiary qualification in Nutrition & Dietetics.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Dietitian (community or aged care preferred).
  • Strong communication and counselling skills.
  • Current Australian driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
  • National Police Check (current).
  • First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
