About the Role

As a Field Service Technician – Bus, you'll play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and installing refrigeration systems on buses. This full-time role is based in Penrith, NSW, and includes a company vehicle. If you like being hands-on, solving problems, and working on-site with customers, this is a fantastic opportunity.

Day-to-day, you'll be:

Carrying out preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations of bus air-conditioning units

Diagnosing and troubleshooting refrigeration issues

Installing new refrigeration systems and components

Keeping accurate records of all work completed

Delivering great customer service and building relationships with clients

Working safely and following all industry standards and regulations

What We're Looking For

Automotive mechanic experience (bus or transport industry experience is a bonus, but not essential)

Experience as a field service or refrigeration technician is ideal, but we're open to training motivated mechanics ready for a change

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Good communication skills to work with customers and colleagues

Current driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites

A commitment to safety and quality in everything you do
