About the Role

We are seeking a polished and proactive Front of House & Executive Assistant to join our Sydney team, working across both our Sydney CBD and Double Bay salons.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments while also excelling in behind-the-scenes organisation and administration. You'll be the face of the salon for our clientele, while also providing support to our General Manager and Founder.

This position is offered on a part-time basis, 3–4 days per week, with remuneration negotiable based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House

  • Create an exceptional first impression for clients in both Sydney locations
  • Manage salon bookings, scheduling, and daily flow of appointments
  • Oversee payments, invoicing, and product sales
  • Maintain salon presentation to Amy Jean Brow Agency's luxury standards
  • Liaising with clients on treatment information.

Executive Assistant

When required:

  • Assist with marketing and brand growth, such as email marketing and content creation.
  • Assist with events, such as setting up for Sephora and PR events.
  • Assist with operational projects when required, such as prepping for staff meetings, product warehouse organisation.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in front of house, reception, or EA/PA roles (luxury beauty, hospitality, or retail an advantage)
  • Impeccable grooming and a refined, professional manner
  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability across multiple locations
  • Proficiency with booking systems and intuitive with tech
  • A proactive approach, with exceptional attention to detail and discretion. Ability to anticipate needs of GM + Founder
  • PLUS - Experience or interest in developing in marketing, PR, branding.
